another tach question:) how to connect to the fuse box 200

i'm wonderin how i shoudl go about wiring my small VDO tach power wire to the fuse box? With a spade type connecter...right?

And as far as the light power wire goes...how shoudl i go about to connecting it?

and for the grand finale how do i remove the light bulbs that have burned out from the rear of the intrument cluster? do i simply twist them with plyers and pull them out?
