230f into 21 200

Hey folks! hope you can help... I am taking the 230f out of my 86 auto 240gl and want to swap it into a 242 gt. will the 230f bolt to the earlier manual tranny and flywheel (or do I need a flywheel for a 230f?) and can I swap the newer fuel injection over as well? I am getting the 242 for free (and it looks great) but the motor is toast. I will be extensively modifying the 230 later this summer but need to get the swap done asap.
