960 Fuel Guage 900 1995

My fuel guage is not registering the fuel in the tank correctly. It appears that the guage is getting electrical current since the needle is not pegged and does move--however the guage is not in synch with the amount of fuel in the tank. This problem started when I changed the antenna mast--don't know if this is a coincidence or not. Are there some ground points in the trunk that I could have not reconnected? Thanks for any help/advice
