Price of Motor & Trans 200 1985

I am purchasing an 82 Volvo sans engine and trans from a fellow brickster. What should I 'expect" to pay at a pick and pull for an engine and trans? Not looking for anything special, just a good one. Any years better than others, and anticipated problems putting it in the 82?
Also, Does anyone know of anyone who rehabs old Volvo radios/ tape players. Local dealer has an "exchange" program for $150 which sounds expensive. Would like to keep the original radio with the tape player(- but have it not eat the tapes, etc,), so am not exploring the "new" stereo option at present.
