1991 Center Console Hex Screws 200

I've looked through my Haynes Repair Manual and it just breezes over the fact that the center console is held in by two HEX screws. What size hex screwdriver do I need to get them out? Also I noticed that the tail light printed-circuit ground wire was also held in by a hex screw, is this the same size as the console screws? Thanks in advance.
