flat towing my 740 700

i bought a non running volvo a year ago. i almost have it ready to go but it is stored at my parents 45 miles away. i can't spend the time there because i have class and have to take my chick to work. i don't want to drive it here because the town i live in is a speed trap town. they are waiting to ticket any infraction. i think that i might rent a car dolly from uhaul. is there any tips or precautions that i need to do? can i tow it with all four tires on the ground?
