Ground Up Restoration 120-130

Have any of you seen the deal on Ebay where this place in San Francisco is offering a ground up restoration 65-67 122 for $7500.00. They also have one for a 72 144 and a 122 wagon. Sounds like a good deal to me if you consider the time and money you would have to put into your own vehicle to bring it back to show room condition. What do you think?
