Is it worth the effort to replace Cam seal? 700

I have a small oil leak which I am hoping is coming from my valve cover seal. If it's not from the front of that, then it's my Cam seal.

The leak then runs down the engine and over the water pump. My fear is that it might mess with the water pump top oring/seal and then I'm in trouble.

But the oil is not really that much. I just did the timing belt about 20,000 miles ago, so I'm not sure I want to mess with that area if the problem is nothing but a little oil leak.

Will this be likely to get catastrophic any time soon, and if not is it worth the effort as a preventative measure?

Thanks
TPL
