Is this what i need? 900

Yes that looks right. I have that kit at home and it was going to go on this weekend but now I have to work. :^( I bought mine from Swedish Engineering but I'm pretty sure FCP now has the same Volvo kit and I think I've seen it other places on the web too. Maybe eeuroparts.com.

In my case its the bottom pins that are corroded. The driver's side is rusted in solid. It barely moves in and out when hammered and it really won't rotate at all. I just changed the pads a couple months ago and didn't notice that the passenger's side was corroded because it still moves freely but upon closer inspection, it is corroded although not to the level that the driver's side was. I'm planning on taking a dremel to that bore before putting the new pins in to hopefully delay a repeat of this job.

If you don't mind, would you post up when you're done with this with any tips that may be useful or problems that you encounter (like not enough grease in the kit for all four pins).

Also, have you spun your rotors or put a dial indicator on them or anything to physically detect warpage? Mine were clearly warped when I spun them with the wheel off.

Thanks
Don
