k9800 speed in my sedan? thought it was for wagons! wierdness

Hey,
I'm a bit new to volvos. Any how I was on ebay looking for a 120mph speedo to replace the 85mph speedo in my sedan. I figure it would be a great confidence/ego boost while screaming down the interstate (ya know). So i figure all i have to do is find a decent cable driven unit to replace the wimpy looking 85mph thing that's in there now. The thing is, the sellers on ebay all say that the k9800 was for the wagon NOT the sedan. Is this true! Knowing the PO and the car's former mechanic (it's a small town), it could be quite possible that a wagon speedo was slapped on from boneyard pickings. Should I be shopping for the k10042 unit instead?? or is the k9800 correct for my sedan. Its got the M46 with overdrive and boy is she beautiful. Thanks in advance!
