Fault Code 2-3-2

I have a Volvo 240 that keeps throwing a fault code of 2-3-2, compensating for rich or lean mixture. I also noticed that my idle does not compensate for loads such as the AC engaging. I have checked all obvious areas for air leaks and found none. I also removed the throttle body and removed all the crude from inside. I ran the system checks on the fuel system side with the test plug and got a good code for the idle compensation valve.

Any help will be appreciated.
