Just did first brake Job, have some issues 200 1983

I just replaced front Rotors, Pads, pins, clips and springs. Im bleeding the brakes using a one way valve brake bleeder. My issues are the brake pedal travels to the floor with little resistance. The brakes pump up fine with the car off. As soon as I start the car the pedal goes straight to the foor. I did let the reservoir get low on my first try bleeding. The second issue is that the lower left bleed screw dose not bleed. I pulled the screw out a cleaned it up prior to my third bleed attempt. The brakes had good pedal resistance prior to replacing the pads, rotor ect.. I made sure not press the pedal past the half way travel point. I do not see any leakage. What do I need to look at? Do I still have air in the system? Thanks for any help!!
