Spare Tire 900 1994

I have a 1994 940 sedan. The other day, I drove over something bad on the highway and blew a tire. On the plus side, my trusty brick never flinched- no wobble, no pull, no loss of speed even, just a horrible noise.

But I had to drive 120 miles on the spare- it seemed to be the original Volvo tubeless spare. It looked like it had never been used when I put it on (OK, when the triple-A dude put it on), but still- 120 miles. That's too far, right? Do I need to get a new one? If so, where would I get one, and what's it going to cost me?

Thanks in advance for any and all information.
