Cleaning Seats 140-160

I am willing to take the seats apart, i just need advice on how to do that. I'd also need to know how to clean/replace the foam in the seats. The main issue isn't a smoke smell. I don't notice that. It is mostly the 30 years of dust and grim in the seats. If i hit them i see all this dust coming out of them. So much so that is kind of makes me want to sneeze. I'd also consider just replacing my brown interior with the blue fabric i just saw in Seattle in a car that was nearly identicle to mine.
