Clunk when shifting 200

1981 245 After a lot of work and help from the brickboard, oly is finally running not too bad! My newest problem is a clunk from the rear when I shift into second and third. Doesn;t happen all the time, about 50% of the time after it's warmed up. Tends to slip sometimes on the shift into second and then it is a triple clunk. I have had the clutch replaced, changed the shocks and can't figure it out. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thainks, Bob
