945 blank headlight bulb position - can this be used? 900

Hi There,

My 'new' 945 has come from Japan with the arrowed bulb position not used. The correct insulated wiring for the positive and return wires are present, but are plugged into each other so as not to show up as an open cct I guess.

I'd like to have a bit more light when driving at night. Can this position be used? What is the bulb type/size you'd put in here?

And importantly, what will activate it? Hi-beam? Fog lights?

Thanks,

Mike
