Radio Amp power supply

On 3/31/04 BobR posted this 960 radio amp connector pin-out:

My '93 940 amp connector has 2 pink/black wires on the amp connector, but I cannot get any voltage to either pin. I have the radio turned on and the connector is disconnected from the amp. Shouldn't there be 12vdc to at least one of these pins on the connector? I've checked the fuses in the fuse block and they're ok. Is there another fuse for this connector somewhere else in the wire loom? With my head under the dash, I can only see about 6 inches of the connector's wire before it trails off into the depths.
