'95 940 Wagon - Used Car Pricing/ Black Book?

I'm looking at a used 940 wagon in good condition with 100k miles on it from a dealer.

The kelley blue book values seem high to me (suggested retail price says $7900). The dealer is asking for $6700.

In the past I have used the black book values but don't have access to them. Anyone out there know what the black book values are?
