940SE Headlight/Turn Signal Lenses 900

On my 91 940SE my driver's side main headlamp has a small hole from a rock (almost looks like a bullet hole) and both of my turn signal lenses have holes in them. They are not broken but I would like to replace before they get worse.

Is it possible just to replace the lenses and not the assembly?
