strange coolant squirt from cylinder head 200

Hello,

My trusty old 1980 244 with B21A engine, developed a strange coolant leak (more like a piss). When the engine runs, coolant is squirting from the blind (plugged?) hole between the 2nd and 3rd exhaust outlets (right below #2 spark plug).

Is it possible to seal it somehow (if yes, with what and how)?
Or am I staring down the barrel of a cylinder head replacement...$$$$?
Which would be real bad, because the one thing I do not need right now, is a heavy blow on my budget.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks
