any other ebay sellers having account issues?

Last week my account said that ebay owes me $215, then it was normal amount($10 or less).Now it says I owe ebay $200 which has to be incorrect because I never let my account get over $10.The invoice looks fine but the fact that it's stating I owe $200 concerns me.
Any other sellers having the same issue?
