IPDs cam gear? 200

I am dealing with this right now pn my '93 240 Classic. I have the adjustable IPD cam gear with the IPD VX Cam. In '93 Volvo switched to the rounded tooth style timing belt with the rounded tooth gears. Right now I am running with a square tooth IPD cam gear and the original rounded tooth crank and aux shaft gears (pulleys). The timing belt is the square tooth style. The idle on the car is a bit rough right now. By all rights it shouldn't be running at all with this mix.

Eric at IPD helped me diagnose my problem. Luckily he thought of this, otherwise I might never have solved it. Thanks Eric!!!!! I was going bananas looking for vaccum leaks. I had no idea that the '93 240 was and odd ball with the respect to the style of timing belt used.

The fix is simple. Switch the other two gears to the old style square tooth gears. They are interchangeable across the B230 years. With this setup, I will be using the square tooth timing belt, which is about 1/2 the price of the round tooth style. The rounded tooth style became standard on the B230 in '93 and later.
