How much does my long block weigh? 140-160

They'll ship it back free, but I have to ship them my long block.

Those are the parts I'd choose. I don't think they mentioned lifters in the ad. I assume they'd have to replace those, but I think I would want an itemized list. What would be potential upcharges, aside from catastrophic items,(cracked block, etc.)? Are they going to charge for crank grind, bore, etc. or is does the $600 assume mere std. replacement. Would they do balancing? I could do the oil pump upgrade and front and rear seals upgrades after it got back.
Anything else?

Who's gonna go first?
