Vacuum Hose to Flame Trap 700 1988

I was seeing oil coming out of oil fill Cap area. Cleaned Flame Trap. Still had trouble. Checked FAQ. Vacuum hose from intake was packed solid with crud.
Replaced with fresh hose. Took out hose fitting at manifold and cleaned it.
Took off Flame Trap and used drill bit to clean out the small tube for the vacuum.
Now it passes the jiggle test, engine will be cleaner, and seals won't blow.
The moral of the story: Check the FAQ!
