Squealing Clutch on Manual 940 900 1991

Ive got a '91 940GL Wagon with the na 2.0 b200f i believe. anyways, when i go to change gear and put the clutch under pressure whilst putting it back into gear a get a squealing noise from what i think to be the clutch. I can avoid it by putting less revs through it when changing gear. hwoever, this is irritating not only because people can hear it from outside but also because i have begun to change my driving style to avoid the squeal. I do things like change down instead of riding the clutch a little to move off from a slow roll and i also have jerkier gear changes.

is there any way i could try to fix this without removing the clutch? i definatley dont want to take it out and it was replaced about 30k miles ago (the car has 139k) so its not up for replacing.

also, this is not intermittent, it just happens all the time and began to happen about 4 months ago. it sounds like it'll wear out like a brake squeek but it doesnt want to.
