The speedo should work fine, but do not take my word for it. If the pick-up is the same, it will work. The tack will work, but will underread by 1/3. It will e.g. show 2000 when the engine is doing 3000. That's assuming that the wiring works (is fitted correctly) on your car. There might be a wire link on the back to select between 4 cyl and 6 cyl engines. My service manual is for 4 cyl engines only, so I can't say for sure. But an electronics guy should be able to convert it if there is not a link.
