Hella Light upgrade. 700

I'm thinking of upgrading my stock lights (35 watts) to hella 60/55 Watt lights - not the 100W ones. Is the existing wiring sufficient to allow this or is a wiring harness kit neccssary to handle the higher current? Does the bulb out indicator still work with the new wiring harness? It looks like only one relay is used to turn on the two lights. Is the current in only one relay enough to trigger the bulb out sensor?

While were on the subject of headlights, I can see moisture condesation inside my old headlights. Does this mean there are no longer sealed and the output is not what it should be?
