Help identifyng electrical component (745TIC) 700

Its an expensive item, so try to find a pullable one or repair yours well if possible. Even online that little resistor unit sells for about $80. I priced it once when I was thinking of replacing my own (the wires have cracks in the insulation and its really worn).

I kept the one I have and am on the lookout for a pullable part.
