If you have the Regina FI, it requires a special (non-Bosch) O2 sensor.

Do a search for Titania on this forum for recent discussions on the subject. A Google search will also provide technical info.

The Titanial sensor signal may have flattened peaks ("wide band"?) because it works differently.
