Looow idle 700

1987 760 turbo. I pulled the turbo hoses and checked them for leaks, found one, fixed it. Put it all together and took it for a drive and it was great. This morning I go out and start it and when it warms up, the idle is about 400 and all dash light s are on. If I give it enough gas to increased the rpms to about 900 the dash lights go out but it still doesn't seem to be charging. Any ideas what went wrong? Bob
