Mag wheels from a 1986 740 on a 1990 245 . will tires fit?

I have snow tires on the original steel wheels of my 1990 240. I have found at a scrap yard a 1986 740GLE with 14 inches Volvo mag wheels. The tires that are fitted on it are 14 inches Michelin and wider than the original tires that fit my 240. I would like to know if on the mag wheels from the 740 I can fit my good summer tires which are 185 75 R14.

What would be a good price for the mag wheels which have slight corrosion damage with and without the tires which have about 40% of the thread left?
