choices, choices . . . 240 or 850 ? 200

An 850 is a totally different breed, same family, but different breed. The turning radius you are accustomed to...not there. The ease of working on it...not there (but not too awful really). Front wheel drive, welcome to the world of CV axles. Traverse seated engine, electronic gadgetry, etc.

If you decide on an 850, get a 1996 or above. Wouldn't go newer than a 1998 S70 or V70 for now since you want to be able to work on it. If I wanted newer I'd get a 96-98 960/S90/V90. In line six, rear wheel drive, etc. Though they seem to have a problem with valve stem seals...

My advise, want nicer and newer...another 93 240 or a 95 940.

Chris
