New 145 update.... 140-160

Well, I found my SUs, but left my manifold at home, so I went in and started taking various screws out of the weber for inspection. I found first that I had dropped an air cleaner bolt down one of the throats, but it didn't go down far enough to be the major problem. I did find a brass screw thing whos hole was plugged, so I cleaned that out. And found a needle valve in there that was screwed in all the way tight, so I backed it off a bit.

Got her running, though still a bit lean and wanting the choke pulled a bit. But I made it to the gas station and back... Bit of an oil leak, but other than that and its funky running, it seems pretty tight. No front end play. Only one minor klunk in the drivetrain. Perfect gearbox. All seems a go. Of course, its only got about 322k, so I really should expect no less.

Got it back, and for giggles, I jacked up the rear of the car, put 'er in neutral, spun one rear wheel and lo and behold, the other one spun the same way. Damn thing's got limited slip. Now if it just weren't so damn ugly inside and out...

Thanks for the help with the carb guys!
