Half sagging rear 700

Hello: After reading your post I think that it is some kind of obsruction or movement of your coil spring pockets. Also, if your wagon is like mine ( I have the 88 740 GLE with the standard shocks )the upper part of the shocks are inside a pocket and are mounted with one large bolt that attaches to the frame. This allows free movement and pivet of the upper part of the shocks. I am thinking that something may have got jammed in that pocket, like a rock or stick, that may be causing your lopped sided problems. If it was me , I would remove the shocks and check them out. Check for any mounting points that may have been crushed in at the top pockets the shocks have to slide into in order to install them as well as the bottom too.At that point you can check and see if the coil spring rubber seats or springs are moving around. Good luck with this, I don't think its as bad as you may think. Dan M.
