Well I think that it is difficult to give you a specific treatment based on the symptoms. I would suspect, however, that your belt noise is likely due to worn accessory mount bushings. These bushings hold your ps pump, alternator and a/c condensor straight, and when they wear out it causes a noisy condition. Usually loose belts will cause most noise at start-up or when accelerating.
