Info on cams H and M 200 1988

I would like to know what the difference is between these two cams are.
I picked up a H at the p/p yard for a few bucks. My 245 has a M in it am I helping by switching are hurting. Also what would this H cam do for a turbo engine. On the M cam my power seems to come on at about 3000rpm what about the H cam. THANKS
