I had the same question a few months back about removing the grill and surround. There are four bolts, two on each side on the vertical part of the grill surround that are reached from under the car. With the nuts removed, the grill surround is loosened. It is on a hanger at the top center and just lifts off. The mesh grill comes off with is and can then be removed from the surround.

For the parts you mentioned, you might try Vintage Import Parts at www.vintageimparts.com/ or call them at 604-943-9663 if you need them fast. Olof if pretty helpful.
