Is there any way that you can go back to the junkyard and get the bolts for it?
You are going to need the two long bolts that go down from the trunk/luggage area through the frame rail through the hitch mount, and the other bolts to mount it.
You will have to pull off the skirt under the bumper cover, or cut to fit around it( somebody may have the template ) after that the install is fairly self explanitory.
