66 122 window pulley 120-130 1966

The nylon pulley wheel for the driver's door window crank mechanism of my 122 has disintegrated due to dry rot after all these years, rendering the window inoperative in the down position. I've checked as many internet parts sources as I can come up with, and can't seem to find a replacement part. Anybody know where to find these sorts of internal door/window parts? I would also like to replace the vinyl door panels at some point. They are hanging together by a thread. Thanks.
