Cost of replacing a wheel bearing 200 1984

Hi all.
Quick question.
I'm planning on taking the old brick to a *gasp* Bridgestone Tire place to fix my front wheel bearing. Normally I'd go to my Volvo mech. but I don't want to take the risk as it is a longer drive.
I was told it was bad the last oil change I had and now I hear a sound much like a clicking, nail-in-tire kind of sound when I was driving today, I heard this is a sign of a failing wheel bearing.
My question is, what is a reasonable charge for part+labor.
If they try and overcharge me I might just have it towed to my Volvo Mech.
Thank you in advance! Oh yeah it's an '84 244.
