No fluid out of lower left bleeder 200 1983

First thing: pull the bleeder valve out again and poke inside the threaded hole in the caliper it came out of. Use a probe or an ice pick. This is a common place for corrosion to build up. If you poke through this crusty plug, it will break up the corrosion and the fluid will start to come out again, so have the valve handy to put it back in quickly.
