It is impossible to estimate a value without seeing the car. You should search e-bay for completed items and see what others have sold for as one benchmark, though those prices can vary widely.

The places you mention rust are worrisome. This car has a piece of sheet metal just behind the front tires that goes from the bottom of the car to the top of the fender, with the flat part of the sheet metal facing the tire. This is likely the "fender well" that is mentioned. The metal is bolted into place with a rubber seal all around it. The rubber deteriorates with time and water and dirt are flung off the tire straight onto the metal and the (now leaky) rubber seals. This results in water and dirt sitting behind the metal, at the bottom of the car just in front of the front edge of the door. The rust then works from the inside out, so a little bubble in the paint likely means a much larger rusty area inside.

The water also migrates back into the enclosed area running below the door--the rocker panels. There are small openings in that section designed to drain away water, but those openings get clogged with dirt and bits of rusty metal, allowing the water to sit in that space as well. Rust in places like this doesn't go away--it either gets fixed or gets worse. The fix can range for a few dollars for a DIY person with welding/sheetmetal skills to hundreds of dollars for someone who pays another person to cut everything out an install new pre-fabricated pieces.
