Pegasus S60R 17x8 rims on a 244 200

Just curious here...what do you guys think: Would the 17x8 Pegasus rims fit without any mods aside from a set of spacers on a 244? Pretty sweet rims. I'd be concerned that they would hit/rub the inner fender when turning. What tire size would one use for these babies?
