loss of vacuum ?-> no ignition

Hey all, I was just wondering if anyone has seen this problem before on a '91. I had a big leak in the vacuum hose to the fuel pressure regulator, and after putting everything back in order, I have no voltage on the coil. I checked the pump relay with the cover off, and it seemed to be switching well, and the pumps are running, and I am getting normal flow of fuel on the rail. I have been looking for that 25A fuse, but someone on the BB said in a post that later models don't have it? Does anyone else know of something that shuts off the ignition the same way a bad pump relay does? I guess something related to loss of vacuum or the high fuel pressure and rough running caused by the FPR? Thanks in advance. --Stuart Baker
