Swaybar/autocross questions 200 1988

Would using a rear swaybar from a 244 turbo on a 245DL disqualify me
from the Stock autocross class? The rules say that any front
sway bar is allowed, but they don't say whether I can replace the
rear sway with one from a different trim level of the same car (as
opposed to an aftermarket bar).

If I can't use the turbo bar, how would the handling be with the
stock 245DL rear bar coupled with a 23mm front bar? These cars
already have a tendency to understeer - would such a setup make
that worse?

TIA
-b.
