Yes spook,I do have only one place that I can get my parts reasonably.Last year I needed just the mirror from this 960(he only has 1) and I had to pry the housing apart to remove it.I would then have the housing but no mirror glass.From what I learned the housing is only on the 960 and 940.Most other lots feel if you drive a volvo the trunk must be loaded with cash,I ran into the same thing driving bimmers.I dont like being ripped off and have left plenty of parts on the counter and walked out.I should have waited a little while to locate one but looking out the window and seeing only a nub sticking out also made my brick look wounded in battle.Iwas just a little impatient and happened to get frustrated spending hours to locate one and when I did it still took 30 min to make up my mind and reluctantly pay THE MAN.He would not budge on his asking price.
Will I go back?Only as a very last resort.
