I think it's the cam seal..picture attached! 700

I've got an oil leak coming somewhere up front. I hoped it was just my valve cover seal, but I replaced it last week and it's stil there. The oil ends up just above the water pump. In fact the water pump top gasket doesn't look so good either. You can see in the picture that it's hanging out a little.

Should I go ahead and replace the water pump or just the seals when I tear into my cam seal this weekend. Does everyone concur that the cam seal is probably where this is coming from????? Thanks as always.
