Core plug, freeze plug, what be this pluggy plug. 140-160

Well I got my new cam in and was putting everything together and noticed that the rear of it is just open to the back of the block. I didn't think it looked right so I checked my manual and it says Core plug. I see that alloemcarparts.com has this "Freeze Plug" one in 35mm and one in 45mm I was just wondering if anyone happened to know if the 35mm one is the one I need since it doesn't look to be 45mm. I'll measure later but I just wanted to make sure this is the right part.
