Here's a new one to me.

Something is up with the radio/amp in my 91 245.
With the power on, I turn the radio on and the headlights come on. The amp in the dash started to short out, got really hot and I disconnected it.

???

I'm guessing the amplifier is shot and shorted out.

Anybody else ever have this happen.
