Misfiring on No1 cylinder only on starting for a 1992 245 200 1992

I have a problem starting my 1992 245 Torslanda with both a warm or cold engine. Car turnes over fine, but starts on 3 cylinders. Two checks have now shown that the problem affects No1 Cylinder. I've changed the Distributor cap, rotor arm, sparkplugs, and HT leads. I've had the plugs out, and checked gaps and condition. I did note that the No1 plug was lighter in colour than the other three. Plug smells of gas and is wet. After 30 seconds to a minute or two, the car picks up on all four, and all is well. Car drives fine, and has full power during driving. The engine uses Bosch LEjetronic fuel injection.
Help appreciated as I'm beginning to think of some off the wall causes.
